andrew 0f376eb6d3 Add DoubleSidedBench art assets ...

Add a complete DoubleSidedBench asset set: Blender source files, OBJ/MTL, Fallout 4 NIF and BGSM material files, many textures (DDS/PNG), decals and exports, and painter lock/spp LFS pointers. Remove legacy CO_DoubleSidedBench.fbx and duplicate FBX/spp files. Also reorganize VaultLeather textures into a VaultLeather subfolder and update related .blend and .spp files.
