Add prebuilt Visual C++ x64 (vc11) Release object files and associated build tlog metadata under ThirdParty/common and ThirdParty/xse_common. The changes introduce multiple .obj files for common interfaces (IBufferStream, IDataStream, IDebugLog, IDirectoryIterator, IErrors, IEvent, IFileStream, IInterlockedLong, IMutex, IPrefix, ISegmentStream, ISingleton, ITimer, ITypes) and tlog files (CL.*, Lib.*, Cl.items.tlog, common_vc11.lastbuildstate) including an unsuccessfulbuild marker for xse_common. These are generated build artifacts capturing the last build state and compilation records.
