Adds the generated Settings UI export under `Interface/exported/scripts/Settings`, including embedded symbol wrappers for main menu panels, list components, and option entries. This introduces the new `SettingsOptionItem`, `SettingsList`, and category list entry classes, plus the corresponding `assets.swf` bundle needed to back these symbols at runtime.
